Do I need to send instructions with my exhibits?
Yes, please include an exhibit instruction sheet with both electronic and hard copy exhibits.
For remote/Zoom jobs, do I need to confirm the location of the witness?
Yes, please do. We ask for this information as well but sometimes things change.

If the noticing attorney is expediting the transcript, will the copy attorney automatically get the transcript expedited or do I need to ask them?
Copy orders will be shipped non-expedited unless notated on your worksheet. When the noticing attorney expedites, please ask all counsel if they would also like their copies expedited. If you can get orders via email or on-the-record, that is preferred.
Does Aptus deliver transcripts electronically only or do clients also receive hard copy transcripts?
We print all original transcripts but our standard deliverable for copies is electronic; hard copies are provided upon request.
Can a law firm order a transcript without exhibits?
Yes.
