Aptus Court Reporting is seeking a Billing Administrative specialist to support our increasing presence on the West Coast. Aptus is a fast-paced organization focused on developing strong relationships with our court reporters, clients and employees. This position will provide basic administrative support to the billing team and will work closely with the Senior Billing Specialist. It may begin as a part-time position with potential career growth into a Billing Specialist role.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one-year experience in AP/AR, payroll, billing or accounting. All positions at Aptus require a committed work-ethic and the desire to aid in company growth and business culture.
Email tracking, job research and follow up
Basic vendor invoice receipt, auditing and uploading
Emailing and mailing of invoices
Monitoring billing distribution email lists for job details, receipts, invoices and pricing
Assisting with department workflow
Client billing support or other tasks such as document filing and resource follow-up
Other special project assistance and/or general office duties as required
Requirements include:Basic Excel knowledge, Outlook, Gmail, GoogleDrive
Online research and PDF handling/uploading
General scanning/uploading of digital media/files
Professional office communication and demeanor
Highly detailed and organized
Excellent time management skills
