Aptus Court Reporting is actively seeking experienced Business Development Executives for our Los Angeles and Orange County offices. The positions will require a great deal of outside sales client interaction, as well as growth and management of an existing base of residual business. Responsibilities will include revenue generating activities, forecasting, marketing, brand strategizing, engagement within legal associations and management of Aptus work product while achieving an assigned sales and profit goal. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing new business, developing deeper business relations with existing clients, and leveraging Aptus’ services to provide greater value to both.
Desired Skills & Experience
The candidate must possess previous sales experience, documented business growth, achievement in meeting sales goals, and consultancy in the legal / litigation arena, specifically court reporting. Must be proficient in CRM tools, presentation skills, litigation technology and business-to-business relationships. Branding and marketing skills, a rock-solid work ethic, and an enterprising business management style are key components of this position.
